By using Convert Now (“the Service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Convert Now provides free, browser-based tools for converting and editing images, PDFs, video and audio. Processing happens on your device; we do not receive your files.

2. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only with files you own or have the right to process. You agree not to use the Service to infringe copyright, to process unlawful content, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, or overload the Service.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to files you process. Because files never leave your device, we claim no licence to them and have no ability to access them.

4. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any tool will be error-free, that output will meet your requirements, or that the Service will be available at all times. Always keep your original files.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Convert Now and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising from use of the Service.

6. Intellectual property

The Service's design, text and code are the property of Convert Now or its licensors. Open-source components are used under their respective licences.

7. Advertising

The Service displays third-party advertising. We are not responsible for the content of advertisements or the sites they link to.

8. Changes and termination

We may modify or discontinue any tool at any time. We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
